We do not sell products — we develop technologies. Our commercial applications, under the brand LoopXCell, bring our innovations to life across Europe.

Our Mission

At Amoovo Lab, we work to make energy independence affordable, resilient, and structurally sustainable. We design immersive, fluid-stabilized battery systems that ensure:

• Constant internal temperature
• Exceptional lifespan (50,000+ cycles)
• Passive safety (no fire risk)
• Smart modularity and cost-effective upgrades

We are also exploring post-lithium architectures such as solid media (sand) storage systems.

2023–2024 Key Milestones

1. LoopXCell Immersion Battery (Residential)

• Base capacity: 32 kWh per unit, scalable
• Immersion cooling of cells for extended life and zero overheating
• Stainless steel enclosures for indoor/outdoor durability
• Master Pack system manages expansion packs and monitoring
• Remote unlockable capacity: customers pay only for what they need upfront

2. Megawatt Tower (Industrial)

• Multi-megawatt-hour capacity
• All electronics (inverters, MPPTs, CPUs) integrated in a single fluid-immersed unit
• Compact footprint (<1.5m2)
• Maintenance-free, passive thermal regulation
• HVAC-ready heat recovery possible

3. Sand Battery (Exploratory R&D)

While not commercially available yet, our R&D team is developing a large-scale energy storage platform based on sand as a thermal buffer.

• Target use: community-scale, off-grid zones, industrial backup
• Zero lithium, zero fire risk
• Designed to last for decades with minimal material impact

Architecture & Operation

• Voltage: 48 V (residential), 800 V (industrial)
• Scalable packs: from 1 to 64+ units per cluster
• Cell hybridization: Each pack can contain multiple cell families, combining high-energy and high-cycle chemistries
• Master Pack handles balancing, communication, telemetry, upgrades

Inverter Integration

Since 2024, inverters and MPPTs are directly integrated and immersed inside the battery enclosure, reducing:

• Footprint
• Cost
• Complexity

Thanks to our collaboration with Google Little Box Challenge winners, Amoovo now embeds one of the most compact 3-phase inverters on the market directly in the pack.

Sustainability and Warranty

• Lifetime warranty available via the AmooFlex Program
• Aqueous cell chemistry: no cobalt, copper, or graphite; <5% lithium
• Full recyclability
• Passive safety in all scenarios: crush, fire, overcharge
